Realindex appoints Dr Joanna Nash to expand quantitative capability
14 September 2020 - Systematic equities manager, Realindex Investments (Realindex), today announced the appointment of Dr Joanna Nash to the newly-created role of Senior Quantitative Portfolio Manager.
Dr Nash brings 13 years’ quantitative investment experience including senior roles at Acadian, where she was a senior portfolio manager, and Blackrock, where she was a portfolio manager within scientific equities, ran index portfolios and was head of sustainable investment in Australia. Ms Nash holds a CFA accreditation, has a PhD in economics from Yale University, and was awarded a Fulbright scholarship.

She brings significant experience in quantitative investment management and product development. Moreover, Joanna’s experience in sustainable investment will be valuable, as clients increasingly look to us for systematic strategies that take into account environmental, social and governance considerations.”
